Managing Director Juan is the Managing Director and co-founder for Softtek Innoventures. Juan brings experience in supporting and driving strategies for information technologies and telecommunications efforts in Mexico, across both private and government initiatives. Juan was instrumental in driving the ICT strategy for the World Bank in Mexico. As ICT analyst for Latin America at the World Bank , Juan designed the blueprint to support information technology companies in Mexico through the Mexican Trust Fund for IT (Prosoft). Juan also served as a partner consultant at the consulting firm GEA , heading the infrastructure projects, including information technology and telecommunications in Mexico. At the Mexican Federal Government, among others, he was appointed chief commercial officer for FONATUR (National Trust for Tourism Development), where he was responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategy and acted as the representative for the federal government in international forums concerning investment in tourism infrastructure. He received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from ITAM in Mexico, D.F. and has a masters degree in Public Administration and International Development from Columbia University, NY.

VP Operations/Marketing. Rakhee is a co-founder and VP of Operations for Softtek Innoventures. Rakhee brings fifteen years of technology and start-up experience. She has worked in technical capacities, as a Principal Engineer, in three successful startup initiatives, notably ChipWrights (acquired by AD Group Companies) and Xilinx' Hardwired division. She led Strategy and Marketing for AirGenerate and helped the company to grow from its seed stage to receive its first round of institutional financing. She has many years of experience in the semiconductor, bio-tech, and clean-technology industries. Most recently, Rakhee helped found Pinnacle-ECS, a company focused in providing SmartGrid software solutions for utilities. Rakhee brings strong analytical skills to identity growth strategies and market opportunities. She has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Rice University.
