Three days - three cities - three Innovation Days across Softtek offices. From the hills of Monterrey, to the bustle in Mexico City, to the madness in Aguascalientes, Innovation Days were a success all around! Thank you, Softtek.
Entrepreneurship and innovation know no language. Of that, I am convinced. For the brave hearted Softtekians, the chance to change the landscape of their professional beings is nothing short of empowerment. We have seen the FIRE within Softtek – often described by Blanca as the fuel that channels Softtek to new territories.
Stretching the concept of Innovation Days to every day of our lives – continuous innovation – continuous growth – continuous support system for entrepreneurs launching new initiatives side-by-side. For those of us who share the joy of starting new things, we want nothing more than to surround ourselves with those who share our passion.
Our current focus lies in creating a community of innovators and entrepreneurs. Some of us are simply trying to spread the ‘Start Something Big’ fever. The DNA of entrepreneurship is just being rooted with Softtek – some of us will have to be patient for the shoots to turn into plants, and for flowers to bloom.
Over and over again, we are being asked the same question: can entrepreneurship be taught? I believe the principles of startups – Lean, Design Think, Business Canvas, etc. – can surely be taught. The remaining ingredients: persistence, grit, passion, leadership, are in fact abundant within Softtek. We are trying to channel the same qualities that make our associates special to helping them Start Something Big!
