What a kickoff!

Alex Camino, CMO of Softtek, held three WebEx sessions to introduce Innoventures. I found his talks particularly inspirational. Innoventures was once a seed – a thought, a concept – and it’s coming to life. It’s giving innovation and entrepreneurship a new direction and focus at Softtek.

Alex talked about going to the moon – and how unreal the proposition may have seemed when the idea was first planted. In the process of going to the moon, the world found the ability to believe in dreams that are farfetched and practically out of reach. In the process of going to the moon, the world saw mindboggling innovations and inventions. In the process of going to the moon, the world defined the common phase, “Everything is possible.”

‘Everything is possible,’ only with focus and direction. In the past six months, with the help of Softtek’s leadership, Alex helped me center around innovation strategies critical to Softtek. It’s breaking down the ‘everything is possible’ to unique, possible-to-achieve segments, is what Innoventures is about today.
